When you book a fitting or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number and any details you choose to share about your order. When you visit our site, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and general location.
Measurement records
Your body measurements and pattern are kept on file so future orders don't require a full re-measure. These records are stored securely and are never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond fulfilling your orders.
How we use your information
To confirm appointments, fulfil orders, and occasionally notify you of new fabric arrivals or seasonal offers, if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Third parties
We use third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery and website analytics. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are contractually bound to protect it.
Your rights
