Terms of Service
Last updated 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed with Lahza.
Deposits and payment
Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit at the first fitting, with the balance due on collection. Corporate and bulk orders follow the payment schedule agreed in your quote.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge before cloth is cut. Once cutting has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as cloth and cutting time have already been committed to your pattern.
Fitting attendance
Two fittings are included in every bespoke order. Missed fittings without 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at the atelier's discretion and could affect delivery timelines.
Delivery timelines
Standard bespoke orders are quoted at three to five weeks from first fitting to delivery. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can shift with fabric availability or fitting rescheduling.
Alterations on third-party garments
We accept garments made elsewhere for alteration and repair, but cannot guarantee an outcome if the original construction limits what's possible. We'll always tell you before starting work if this applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
